The short answer: Yes! A venue coordinator works for the venue—they manage the kitchen, the building, and their staff. I work for you. I manage your outside vendors, your timeline, your bridal party, and the tiny personal details that the venue isn't responsible for.

The honest answer: To be truthful, "Day-Of" coordination is a bit of a myth! No professional can walk into a wedding cold on the morning of the event and know where the napkins go, which vendors have arrived, or how to solve a crisis they didn't see coming. We start working with you 30–60 days out to ensure that when your wedding day arrives, we have a master plan in place. This allows us to be proactive instead of just reactive.
