About Janae

Janae O’Dell is a former teacher with nine years of experience teaching both elementary and high school students. She also spent seven years coaching high school cheerleading, fostering a love for teamwork and connection. Her passion for community and connection led her to serve as a MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) Coordinator for two years, supporting and encouraging fellow moms.

With three years of wedding and event experience, she thrives on bringing creative visions to life. Whether designing stationery, signage, or personalized gifts, she finds joy in crafting meaningful details that make celebrations special. A lover of all things coffee (hot in the morning, iced throughout the day), country music, and Canva, she embraces creativity in all aspects of life.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, she loves warm weather, water views, and a well-executed party theme. Some of her favorite places to visit are the Florida Keys and NYC. When life allows, you can find her at Burn Boot Camp getting in a workout between mom duties.

Most importantly, she’s a dedicated wife and mom to three, balancing family life with her passion for event planning.

Janae’s Philosophy

Janae believes that the best events aren’t just about decorations—they’re about creating experiences that feel warm, personal, and full of joy. She’s all about the little details that make a big impact, from a perfectly placed sign to a thoughtful, unexpected touch that makes guests smile. Her philosophy? Every celebration should feel like a reflection of the people at the heart of it. With a mix of creativity, charm, and a touch of fun, she designs with love, knowing that the best memories come from moments made with intention.

There’s no celebration too small
